  1. What chutzpah that woman has! I don’t believe there’s a cynical bone in that Anne Rice’s body.
    My take-aways: When writing, go where the pain is . . . or, go where the pleasure is, and don’t take no for an answer. Especially from yourself. Thanks for re-blogging this, SK!

    • “Passion” is a keyword for me. Either pain or pleasure, I want to feel the passion when I am writing. “Give your tears a voice,” is another sentence that I use whether joyful tears or tears of sorrow. I want my tears to speak through my words. I love Anne Rice’s writing style. It is so beautiful and fluid. I want to have that way with words when I grow up 🙂
